It is an online, interactive art tuition website developed by Dee Cowell and Jonathan Greenyer   who are both expert artist/ teachers. Vir2L-ArtStudent.com bridges the gap between classroom learning and DVD’s by allowing anyone, anywhere, at anytime to download free individual art lessons and use them again and again.

Vir2L-ArtStudent.com is an internet based system providing tuition in fundamental art techniques via downloaded modular, video lessons supported by email/blog interaction with an experienced art tutor. It aims to deliver lessons in a personal “virtual classroom” style.

Vir2L-ArtStudent.com will offer an expanding portfolio of lessons, feedback and other services for artists and it will concentrate on teaching the fundamentals of drawing and painting techniques.

Unlike other sites there is no sign up fee or annual subscription and unlike other sites users wont be tied into a contract.

The site will simulate a supportive, one to one, classroom environment – you’ll feel you are there with the tutor.

Students will be able to get feedback on their work and have questions answered by email or blog. From user feedback and blog topics we will devise new lessons. Vir2L-ArtStudent provides a unique personalised approach to the delivery of popular art tuition via the internet.
