ONLINE Lessons are available as downloaded videos straight to your computer.

TO BUY LESSONS: Choose the lesson you want and click on the title of the lesson.  It will change colour to orange.

COST: All lessons are £2.50 each

Once your purchases are complete click on

Checkout

Choose how you want to pay - Use a credit card or Use your Paypal account - or you can also open a new Paypal account.

If you have a paypal account - click on the

Paypal Express at the bottom of this page

Or if you want to use your credit or debit card click on Check Out.

You will be using PayPal which is a secure way of paying with your card over the internet.

To use a credit card - fill in the details. And click on Continue

To open a new Paypal account - follow the instructions.

Order Confirmation page

Please check all the details.  You can go into each section and EDIT any of the details which will take you back to the What's in My Cart page.

Once you are finished proceed to the Payment Information page and then on to the Order Confirmation page.

Click on  Confirm Order button.

You can print this page as a record, although you can view all your orders under the

TO VIEW LESSONS

Once you have paid for the lesson/s go to My Lessons at the top and

Click on High Resolution for people with broadband or click on

Low Resolution for PCs without broadband. Try both and see which gives you the best picture.

 Important tip: If you have a slow connection or are experiencing slow download try the other version. 

VIEW LESSON NOTES: Lesson notes can be found below the High Resolution and Low Resolution selection next to the video clip. They are all clearly labelled as to their subject and content, and printable lessons notes are supplied for each lesson. They are in a .pdf format.

FREE lessons do not have Lesson Notes.

REPEAT VIEWING: You can view your lessons as many times as you like.

• Should you be unable to view any lesson downloaded due to technical problems, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can refer the problem to our technicians for resolution. In the event that they are unable to resolve the problem to your reasonable satisfaction within a further 7 days then we will refund to you the full cost of the lesson with which you had had the technical difficulty. • In the event that you are dissatisfied with any lesson purchased due to the fact that the contents of that lesson do not accord with the advertisement on our website introducing and describing the lesson's contents we will replace the lesson with an alternative lesson of your choice at no additional cost to you.
